Detroit's Own was the official clothing sponsor for the 2009 Wrif Rock Girl.  The contest was made up of several women and the winner received a 1 year job as the host of the Afternoon traffic on everyday at 4:00 PM www.wrif.com and a scholarship to the Specs Howard School.  The event finals was hosted at the Filmore in Detroit Michigan.  The event was a smashing success and everyone was on hand to see to see Sarah crowed as the new champ.  For More Photos of the 2009 champ visit: http://www.wrif.com/rockgirl/photos.aspx?PhotoID=1227056
